Many of us are at institutions with a specific mission. For example, religiously-affiliated colleges and military academies have institutional mission statements that are more targeted than to "educate our students to be global citizens and community leaders." (from CSU Long Beach College of Liberal Arts) Consequently, we are asked to integrate the mission into our pedagogy. What do we do to meld our institution's mission into our statistics instruction?
