Classroom incivility can be thought of as inappropriate classroom behaviors or speeches either by a faculty or students. However, there are many misperceptions of whether such behavior or speech is inappropriate in a classroom or not. In my opinion, because nowadays social and cultural lifestyles are different from what most faculties grew up in, students and faculties have different views of what classroom ethical behaviors should be. As a result, it is getting more difficult for many faculties to make a classroom a comfortable teaching and learning environment.
