In this poster presentation I will show how I utilize R Shiny (essentially web applets written using R) in undergraduate and graduate mathematical statistics courses. The Shiny applications are dynamic and interactive, allowing the students to change settings and see how the result changes. The applets are useful for both introducing topics and for furthering understanding of material. Some of the topics for the applets include: Bayesian Prior/Posterior, Metropolis-Hastings algorithm, Normal Approximations, Sampling Distributions, Order Statistics, Normal Test Power.Recording
