BoF 2-08: Voting/Polling in the Classroom

Sher Chhetri (University of South Carolina)

Information

Did you use voting/polling tools to maintain active learning in synchronous and asynchronous remote lectures?  As part of the Project NExT fellow at Mathematical Association of America, I have learned several tools that can be incorporated into both types of remote lectures.

I am interested in a discussion that is focused on the best practices of using voting/polling in mathematics/statistics classes. During the discussion, I welcome your skills and your own classroom experiences!
