How to design a foundational stats course for college students who have had statistics in high school? Often students with high scores on the AP statistics exam are exempted from intro stats courses in college, but we have found that many of these students lack preparation in certain key skills, such as statistical analysis using real data and multiple regression. We would like to share ideas about how designing course offerings that can best serve these students.
