Abstract
Reproducibility is becoming a major focus in many scientific and social-scientific disciplines. However, as with many important topics, it's not clear how or when this should be covered in the curriculum. At Smith and many other institutions, we have successfully integrated reproducible research into our introductory statistics course through the use of RMarkdown.
