Abstract
This poster will summarize various perspectives on the use of null hypotheses significance tests (NHST) in research practice. The focus will be on the American Statistical Association’s 2016 Statement on p-Values and the follow up in 2019 with a special issue of The American Statistician. This will serve as an introduction to the modern debate to those who are not regular readers of ASA publications.
