This session will share resources about professional development workshops as well as offer opportunities for job seekers to meet with faculty that are searching for positions this year. The Preparing to Teach Statistics and Data Science program and the Expanding and Assessing the Art and Practice Of Statistical Thinking (EAPOST) program have provided opportunities for recent and soon to be PhDs in Statistics, Data Science, and related fields who are interested in academic and teaching focused careers. Come join us for a chance to hear about resources and ways to interact, network, and build community and to have a chance to meet in breakout rooms with some departments and programs that are recruiting.
