Dear all, Happy August 1st! It’s hard to believe that JSM 2023 is less than a week away. Please consider joining us at JSM 2023 for the following special Town Hall Event on Accessibility and Inclusivity: *Accessibility Town Hall at JSM 2023* *When*: *Monday, August 7th, at 6:00 - 7:00 PM* *Where*: Metro Toronto Convention Centre, Room CC-201A Join the Committee on Statistics and Disability (CSD) <https://community.amstat.org/committeeonstatisticsanddisability/home>, the JEDI Outreach Group <https://datascijedi.org/>, and the LGBTQ+ Advocacy Committee <https://ww2.amstat.org/committees/commdetails.cfm?txtComm=CCNDVR04> for a Town Hall focusing on accessibility and accessible conferences at #JSM2023. The goal of the Town Hall is to promote inclusivity and accessibility, as well as gather insights from attendees on how to fully include individuals of all abilities in events such as conferences. The Town Hall will start with opening remarks followed by small group discussions on specific accessibility topics.
