Tree species activity from workshop in Morro Bay, California

The kick off workshop for being more intentional about teaching statistical thinking in undergraduate biology courses was held September 7th & 8th in Morro Bay, California. Some of our tangibles from that workshop are now coming in and this post contains an activity that you may do with your biology students. We have also provided data that was already collected by students if you are not able to take your students into the field to collect data for this activity.
