[SBI] More thoughts on bootstrapping

Hi SBI folks, Sorry for the mix up on the list serve email this past Tuesday. You may have guessed that wasn't supposed to go out to you all. This one is though! We have been having some great discussions recently about simulations mirroring the data gathering process. Should we bootstrap when we sample and use permutation tests when we randomly assign? What about confidence intervals? What is the best way to use simulation-based methods in the construction of confidence intervals?
