This graphic accompanies 19 February article, Spirit Quest, in which Charles Blow discussed the results of a Pew Research Center poll entitled Religion Among the Millennials. Americans in the so-called millennial generation, those born in 1981 or later, were more likely to be unaffiliated with a traditional religion than older Americans. Nevertheless, they professed a range of spiritual beliefs, which were the focus of Blow's commentary. For example, here is a portion of the Times graphic.
