This graphic accompanies 19 February article, Spirit Quest, in which by Charles Blow discussed on the results of a Pew Research Center poll entitled Religion Among the Millennials. The so-called millennial generation, Americans born in 1981 or later, were more likely to be unaffiliated with a traditional religion than older Americans. Nevertheless, they professed a range of spiritual beliefs, which was the focus of Blow's commentary. Here is a portion of the Times graphic.
