From Margaret Cibes: I removed my earlier Forsooth about a novelist's conclusion about the value of R/E when E was zero. It's not really about probability or statistics, but rather about how the righthand limit of the quotient goes to infinite happiness (not no happiness) as expectation E goes to zero. It "probably" didn't belong in a Chance Newsletter. | From Margaret Cibes: I removed my earlier Forsooth about a novelist's conclusion about the value of R/E when E was zero.
