Are you looking for a postdoc position? And would you like to further research the possibilities of eye-tracking for the training and education of future teachers? come and join the Research Group Mathematical and Analytical Competence of Professionals and become part of an enthusiastic group of motivated researchers, working together at University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (HU) in the Netherlands.

Project

As a postdoctoral researcher you will work on the Erasmus+ project "Eye-teach-stats" conducted by the University of Applied Sciences Heidelberg (Germany) in collaboration with KU Leuven (Belgium) and University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Netherlands).

The “Eye-tech-stats" project focuses on strengthening data literacy—a key competence in today's data-driven and digitalized world. In this project, teaching vignettes are developed (based on eye-tracking research) and used to train mathematics teachers in the processes of diagnosis and support in the classroom. Courses for teacher training will be developed and systematically researched in the project. As a postdoctoral researcher you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to this important area of research and to develop innovative solutions. Our international Erasmus+ team will support you in realizing your full potential and further developing your research skills. More information and details for this job vacancy (including contact details of Lonneke Boels for further information): https://www.hu.nl/werkenbij/vacatures/postdoctoral-researcher-eye-tracking-and-statistics Deadline for applications: October 13, 23:59 CEST.

Best wishes,

Lonneke
